At Jamie's Trading Cards, we are committed to ensuring your orders arrive safely and efficiently. Please review this Shipping & Click & Collect Policy before placing an order.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

Standard tracked shipping starts from $11.95. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, depending on your location. As we are based in Western Australia, deliveries within WA are generally faster.

Express Shipping

Express tracked shipping starts from $14.95. Estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days, depending on your location. As with standard shipping, deliveries within WA are typically faster.

Shipping costs may increase for larger or heavier orders requiring additional packaging. All applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post. Jamie's Trading Cards is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post after your parcel has left our facility.

Mixed Orders: In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.

For example, if you purchase an item that is available now together with a pre-order product arriving at a later date, your entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item arrives.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

Packaging & Protection

We take great care in packaging all orders to help ensure your cards arrive in the same condition as they were sent.

Each card is carefully packaged using protective materials, which may include:

A protective penny sleeve
A top loader or other rigid protection
Waterproof protective packaging where required for added transit security

Lost, Damaged, Misdelivered or Delayed Shipments

All shipments sent with Australia Post include up to $100 compensation cover, in accordance with Australia Post's Terms and Conditions.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post. While we will assist where reasonably possible, Jamie's Trading Cards is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after they have left our facility.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number as soon as possible.

Additional Insurance for High-Value Orders

Many orders placed with us exceed the default $100 compensation cover included by Australia Post. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for higher-value orders.

Australia Post charges $2.50 per additional $100 of cover.

If additional insurance is not arranged, any compensation available in the event of loss, damage, or misdelivery may be limited to the default $100 compensation cover.

If you would like to add additional insurance to your order, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the appropriate level of cover.

Click & Collect Pickup Policy

We offer Click & Collect from Ellenbrook, Western Australia, for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

Due to limited storage space, Click & Collect orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection.

Customers are responsible for contacting us within this 14-day period to arrange a suitable collection time. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred collection time where practicable.

If you are unable to collect your order within the 14-day period due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Jamie's Trading Cards where a valid reason is provided.

If your order has not been collected by Day 15, and no alternative collection arrangement has been approved, we will contact you to arrange payment for shipping so your order can be dispatched instead.

If we do not receive payment for shipping, or we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe after attempting to contact you, your Click & Collect order will be considered abandoned. Jamie's Trading Cards reserves the right to return the items to available inventory for resale. Orders deemed abandoned under this policy will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, exchange, or any other form of compensation.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Jamie's Trading Cards or selecting Click & Collect at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping & Click & Collect Policy.
