At Jamie's Trading Cards, we take the integrity and authenticity of our Pokémon cards seriously. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the risk of tampering, we have a strict No Refunds, No Returns policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with pull rates, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We will review the case and, if eligible, may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Sealed Product Policy

All factory-sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.) are sold as-is and are non-returnable once opened.
We cannot guarantee the quality, condition, or contents of factory-sealed products, as these are packaged by the manufacturer.

Single Cards & Graded Cards

All sales of single cards and graded cards are final.
We ensure that all cards are authentic and accurately described before listing for sale.
Due to the nature of collectible card values fluctuating, we do not accept returns or exchanges for single or graded cards.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
For high-value orders, we recommend getting in touch to discuss purchasing extra shipping insurance (Parcel value) and signature on delivery options.

T-Shirt Products

At JamiesTradingCards.com.au, we take pride in the quality of our apparel. If you receive a t-shirt that is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, we offer either a replacement print or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
Proof of damage or defect (such as photos of the issue) must be provided.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, unless the defect is part of the manufacturing error.

What we offer:

Replacement Print: We will send you a brand-new t-shirt with the correct print at no additional cost.
Refund: If preferred, we will issue a full refund for the faulty item.

Please note:

This policy only applies to issues related to manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage upon delivery.
Change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear are not covered under this section of the policy.
