All trading card product sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Dissatisfaction with pull rates
Market price changes after purchase

📦 Sealed Product Policy

All factory-sealed products (booster packs, boxes, tins, etc.) are sold as-is and are non-returnable once opened.

We cannot guarantee pull rates, card condition, or contents, as these are controlled by the manufacturer.

🃏 Single & Graded Cards

All single cards and graded cards are final sale.

We ensure all items are:

100% authentic
Accurately described

Due to market fluctuations, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.

📦 Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

📅 Release Dates & Shipping

All pre-order items will be shipped after their official release date
Release dates are subject to change by suppliers without notice

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

The entire order will be held and shipped together once all items arrive

If you want other items sooner, you must place a separate order

💰 Pricing & Refunds (Pre-Orders)

All pre-orders are final.

We do not offer:

Refunds
Cancellations
Price adjustments

If the market price decreases after your purchase, no compensation will be provided.

⚠️ Allocation Disclaimer

Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to allocation shortages, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
Store credit

🚚 Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Suppliers or distributors
Shipping carriers
Customs or import processing

We will always communicate updates where possible.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of packaging and product

If approved, we may offer:

Replacement
Store credit

This is handled at our discretion.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

For high-value orders, we recommend:

Extra shipping insurance
Signature on delivery

👕 Apparel (T-Shirts)

We stand by the quality of our apparel.

If your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted, you may request:

Replacement item, or
Full refund

Conditions:

Must contact within 30 days of delivery
Provide photo evidence
Item must be unused and unwashed (unless defective)

Not Covered:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing
General wear and tear

💳 Order Cancellations (Non Pre-Order)

Cancelled or refunded orders incur a 2% cancellation fee.

This covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase.
